What to Expect
Each month, we gather for a 75-minute around a theme — playful, soulful, and rooted in what we are living both in the world and within ourselves.
The sessions flow gently, inviting you into:
A Theme: Each gathering begins with a seasonal or soulful theme to ground us and spark reflection.
Guided Prompts: Invitations that gently open the door to self-inquiry and creative flow.
Writing Time: Spontaneous, intuitive writing where pen meets page and insights unfold.
Deep Sharing and Listening: An optional space to offer your words or reflections and be witnessed with compassion and respect.

Mondays often feel like a rush—a sprint to start the week. But what if, instead, they became a moment to slow down and reconnect?
Monday Rest is here to help you do just that. Named after the moon, Mondays carry a calming, feminine energy that is a perfect reminder to pause, breathe, and honor our inner rhythms.
Every 1st Monday of the month, join online for a free 30-minute rest gathering. Together, we’ll set aside the hustle and ease into rest with a soothing 61-point body rotation to help move into a gentle rested energy.
