Welcome I am Gursharn,

I am a curious meaning-making human.

I am passionate about creating spaces for women and mothers to gather, rest and explore the unique gifts available for us when we pass through life transitions.

I prefer she/her pronouns and live in France with my partner and child. I try and move with the ebb and flow of the seasons. I love being led by my child and seeing life through his perspective.

While I write this in Autumn 2023 I know for sure that:

I have many stories to tell, I am a deep and present listener, and that I am forever evolving into self.

I become a Mother in early 2019 which has felt like a complete shattering of my identity as I thought I once knew it as. But as I move through my matrescence, becoming a mother has also opened the portal to reconnect with my feminine psyche and explore the path to my individuation.

I try to live my life slower, unapologetically and more in flow with the feminine than to the linear expectations of the current society and culture I am living in.

The core to my work:

  • To create a non-judgemental space for women to connect,

  • Be in community,

  • Be witnessed,

  • Be heard,

  • To live my life from an empowered place.

I know what it’s like to be in the fog of it all and feel so broken and alone. Walking into the thick of it, was part of my way out.

Through my own transition I’ve been supporting women to explore and get curious of their own journey and experience into Motherhood. My mission is to create safe and welcoming spaces to gather and share our lived experience of moving through big transitions.

This is the The Transition: A Rite of Passage.

Using story-telling, self-inquiry and deep listening, in a collective circle: shifts begin to happen.

Its not something that can be done alone.

Community.
Connection.
Witnessing.

Owning your story of how you entered and navigate ‘threshold’ moments can be liberating.

That’s what it did for me.

And it continues to.

Deep Appreciation…

For my teachers I have learned from and have been supported by over the years. You’ve inspired me, taught me and held me through.

My Teachers

  • My thanks to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition who taught me how to get curious about the state of my health and to have courage to dive deeper.

  • Thanking Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, for teaching me about the power of yoga Nidra and enabling me to offer this gift to women and Mothers.

  • Forever grateful to Molly Caro May, for guiding me to find my truth, my stories and my voice since becoming a Mother. Her honesty and power to connect women and to witness them will stay with me forever.

  • Deep thanks to Sharon Bales, whose guidance has helped me to reconnect to my centre and understanding my seat of creativity and the powerful stories it holds.

  • Huge thanks to Dr Sophie Brock for giving me language to understand everything that I have been feeling for the last couple of years and to help me open my eyes to the truth. The knowledge from your course is imperative to Mothers in the world.

  • Heartfelt thanks to Kamya O’Keeffe who’s mentoring has supported me through my transition into motherhood.

  • Deep appreciation for Pam England’s work on Birth Story Medicine. She has guided me to find comfort in my inner world and to embrace my shadows as I re-emerge since becoming a Mother.

And a heartfelt thank you to my Sisters all over the world who have held and supported me throughout this journey, forever grateful for you.

Get to know me…

  • I love anything animal print, I love getting my son to mini-match me too!

  • Pizza is my weak spot and I discovered that quite late in life.

  • Finding a free side-street parking gives me winning-the-lotto feels.
